Education only · Not medical advice · All labs require clinician approval through Medical Access
The great thing about 2026: when your doctor isn't giving you the answers, we have options to get labs ourselves. Every panel below is one I researched and had run on myself. I learned optimal vs. "normal," walked into my doctor's office with proof in hand, and got real answers.
I'm a health coach, not a physician. I can't order labs for you, and I can't walk through your results. That's the work of a licensed provider. Where I come in: once your physician has reviewed your results with you and you have answers and goals, I coach you toward those goals. Every Lyvcare panel goes through a licensed Lyvcare physician for approval and review.
Not available in HI, NJ, NY, ND, SD, WV.
How Lyvcare's order flow works: you pick the panel and pay first. AFTER payment processes, you complete the clinical intake. THEN a licensed clinician reviews your case. If the panel is clinically appropriate, your lab order is issued. If the clinician decides it isn't, you're refunded in full.
01. Pick your panel. Use the decision guide below or message me in Spruce if you're not sure. I can educate, not order.
02. Pay the all-in price. Lyvcare charges your card upfront. That's the structure of the platform.
03. Complete the clinical intake after payment. A licensed Lyvcare clinician reviews your intake. If the panel is clinically appropriate, the lab order is issued. If not, you're refunded in full.
04. Get your draw locally. Schedule at a lab near you. Most panels are a single blood draw.
05. Review with your physician. Then bring goals to coaching. Results land in your Lyvcare portal. Your Lyvcare physician (or your own doctor) reviews them with you. Once you have answers and a clear set of goals, that's where coaching takes over. Building the daily habits, the food, the movement, the supplement stack that gets you there.
Read down. Pick the one that matches where you are right now. You can always add panels later.
Start with the Women's Hormonal Health Panel ($163). It's the foundation: sex hormones, full thyroid, prolactin. If results raise questions, we go deeper from there.
Go with the Women's Comprehensive Panel ($281). Hormones + metabolic + cardiovascular + nutrients in one sitting. The one I had run on myself when I was rebuilding my own baseline.
Add the Restore: Advanced Stress & Energy Panel ($195). Urinary cortisol, DHEA-S, functional B12. The panel for "my labs say I'm fine but I'm not."
The Women's Fertility Core Panel ($318) adds AMH (ovarian reserve), thyroid antibodies, and the full metabolic + nutrient layer. Schedule day 2 or 3 of your cycle.
Run the GLP-1 Metabolic & Cardiovascular Companion Panel ($181) every 3–6 months. Tracks blood sugar, lipids, inflammation, and metabolic adaptation while you're on therapy.
The Defend: Advanced Immune Panel ($255) adds TPO + thyroglobulin antibodies, CCP, ANA, zinc, and Vitamin D. Catches Hashimoto's that basic TSH panels miss.
The Cardiovascular Health & Inflammation Panel ($155) goes well beyond total cholesterol: ApoB, Lp(a), hs-CRP, homocysteine, lipid particle size.
The Metabolic Health + Lipids Panel ($145) covers fasting insulin, A1c, glucose, leptin, full lipid panel. The earliest insulin-resistance flag I look for.
The Nutrient Health Panel ($163): Vitamin D, B12, folate, magnesium, zinc, iron with TIBC, ferritin. Cheap insurance against fatigue and brain fog.
The Detox Panel ($301) screens heavy metals and glutathione status. Pair with any inflammation-focused panel for a full picture.
Pricing is the all-in price you pay on the product page. Clinician review and approval is included for every panel.
The foundation panel for women navigating cycle changes, fatigue, mood shifts, sleep disruption, or perimenopause. Comprehensive look at reproductive hormones, pituitary signaling, thyroid function, and hormone availability.
Markers: Estradiol, progesterone, FSH, LH, total testosterone, free testosterone, SHBG, TSH, free T4, free T3, prolactin.
Four panels combined into one draw: Hormonal + Metabolic + Cardiovascular & Inflammation + Nutrient. The most thorough single-draw baseline for women 35+. This is the one I had run on myself when I was rebuilding my own picture.
Includes: Everything in Hormonal Health, plus fasting insulin, A1c, glucose, leptin, full lipid panel with ratios, ApoB, Lp(a), hs-CRP, homocysteine, uric acid, CBC, Vitamin D, B12, folate, magnesium, zinc, iron with TIBC, ferritin.
The deepest single panel Lyvcare offers. Covers ovarian reserve, full thyroid antibodies, metabolic depth, and the full micronutrient picture. Lyvcare recommends scheduling day 2 or 3 of your cycle so your physician can read the results in proper context.
Adds to Comprehensive: AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone), DHEA-S, TPO antibodies, thyroglobulin antibodies, ANA panel, selenium, magnesium RBC.
The earliest-flag panel for insulin resistance and metabolic dysfunction. Before A1c starts rising. Catches the slow drift that makes weight loss feel impossible.
Markers: Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (fasting glucose, liver, kidney, electrolytes), fasting insulin, hemoglobin A1c, leptin, full lipid panel with ratios, CBC with differential.
Goes far beyond total cholesterol. Particle-level lipid risk plus the systemic inflammation markers that actually predict cardiovascular events.
Markers: Lipid profile with fractionation (particles + size), Apolipoprotein B, Lipoprotein(a), high-sensitivity CRP, homocysteine, uric acid.
Specifically designed to monitor metabolic and cardiovascular adaptation while you're on Tirzepatide, Semaglutide, or microdose GLP-1. Tracks insulin sensitivity, lipid balance, and inflammation trends over time.
Markers: Lipid panel with ratios, ApoB, Lp(a), hs-CRP, uric acid, CMP, fasting insulin, A1c, leptin, CBC with differential.
For when standard labs say "fine" but you feel anything but. Adds urinary cortisol, adrenal androgen reserve, and functional B12. The markers that capture chronic stress and burnout patterns.
Markers: Estradiol, progesterone, total + free testosterone, FSH, LH, SHBG, TSH, free T4, free T3, urinary cortisol, DHEA-S, methylmalonic acid (functional B12).
The panel worth asking about when there's a suspicion of autoimmune thyroid (especially Hashimoto's), unexplained joint pain, brain fog, or persistent symptoms standard labs don't explain.
Markers: Estradiol, progesterone, total + free testosterone, FSH, LH, SHBG, full thyroid (TSH, fT3, fT4), ANA panel, CCP antibody, TPO antibodies, thyroglobulin antibodies, zinc, Vitamin D.
Targeted look at environmental toxin exposure and your body's ability to neutralize oxidative stress. Useful if you have known exposures, work in higher-risk environments, or pursue longevity protocols.
Markers: Heavy metals panel (toxic metal screen), glutathione (intracellular antioxidant status).
The most cost-efficient way to check the nutrients that actually drive energy, immune function, and hormone production. Already included in the Comprehensive and Fertility Core panels.
Markers: Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, folate, magnesium, zinc, iron panel (total iron, % saturation, TIBC), ferritin.
Both add-ons below must be paired with the Women's Fertility Core Panel ($318).
For women with suspected or diagnosed PCOS, androgen excess symptoms (acne, hair changes, irregular cycles), or hormonal patterns that need deeper investigation than the Fertility Core alone can provide.
Adds: Androstenedione, 17-hydroxyprogesterone (17-OHP), ACTH, Adiponectin, IGF-1.
For women with prior embryo quality concerns, multiple failed cycles, or clinical suspicion that cellular energy or oxidative stress is limiting reproductive outcomes.
Adds: CoQ10 (ubiquinol), GGT (gamma-glutamyl transferase), free + total carnitine, thiamine (Vitamin B1, whole blood).
Baseline: Once. Get it done. Don't keep guessing about your own body.
Annually: Re-run your foundational panel once a year if you're 35+. Hormones, metabolics, and nutrients shift faster than you'd expect.
On a GLP-1: The Companion Panel every 3–6 months. Required by most prescribing providers anyway.
Mid-protocol: If we make a meaningful change. New HRT prescription, new supplement stack, a different macro target. Retest 3 to 6 months later so we can see whether it's working.
When something feels off: Don't wait for the annual. Run the panel that fits the symptom and let the data answer the question.
I'm a certified health coach, not a licensed medical provider. I can't order labs, prescribe anything, or walk through your results with you. Those are conversations for your physician. What I CAN do: educate you on which panels exist, help you decide which one is worth asking about, and. Once your Lyvcare physician (or your own doctor) has given you answers and goals. Coach you through the daily work of getting there.
Every panel above requires Lyvcare clinician approval before the draw. The two Core Add-on panels (Hormone Bioavailability/Androgen Excess and Oxidative Stress/Mitochondrial) additionally must be paired with the Women's Fertility Core Panel. They can't be ordered standalone. Clinician review is included in every panel price. There's no separate consult fee.
Head to Medical Access to start the Lyvcare intake. If you're not sure which panel is right, text me first in Spruce and we'll figure it out together.
