Who this is.

This site is run by Christie Moreira, a certified health coach and Amare Wellness Partner, and the founder of Avenna Homes. This policy explains what information I collect through this page and how I use it.

What I collect.

• Your email, only if you sign up for the weekly edit.
• Your phone number and messages, if you choose to text me, so I can reply.
• Anything you send me directly, like a question or a note.

I do not collect sensitive health information through this page. Any medical intake happens directly with the licensed providers at Lyvcare, under their own privacy practices.

How I use it.

• To send you the weekly edit and the occasional note.
• To reply to your questions and texts.
• To share resources that are relevant to what you asked about.

I never sell, rent, or trade your information.

Email and the weekly edit.

My newsletter is sent through MailerLite, which stores your email so I can deliver it. You can unsubscribe any time using the link at the bottom of every email, and your address is removed. MailerLite keeps your data under its own privacy and security terms.

Text messages.

If you text the number on this site, I can see your number and your messages so I can respond. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can stop any time by replying STOP or simply not texting again.

Links to other companies.

This site links out to partners, including Lyvcare for medical care, Amare for supplements and skincare, and Avenna Homes. When you click through, you are on their website under their privacy policy and terms, not mine.

Everything here is educational. I am a health coach, not a licensed medical provider, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a substitute for care from a qualified professional. All prescribing decisions are made by licensed Lyvcare clinicians.

This page itself is simple and does not run advertising trackers. The tools it relies on, like MailerLite and the host this page sits on, may use basic cookies or analytics to keep things working. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Children.

This site is meant for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices.

• Stop texts any time by replying STOP.
• Ask me to delete your information, and I will remove what I hold.
