I'm Christie Moreira, a licensed Pennsylvania real estate professional (PA License RS382779) brokered by Epique Realty, serving Central PA. I operate this website, A Seat at the Table, Agent Sessions (including the library at sessions.christiemoreira.com), and the resources offered here.
Information you give directly. When you submit a form on this site or on sessions.christiemoreira.com (a contact note, a guide or Starter Kit request, a Seat at the Table signup, an Agent Sessions signup, or a Table Talks question), I collect what you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, brokerage, and anything you share about your situation.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, basic technical information (IP address, browser, device, pages viewed) may be collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Your information is never sold or rented. It's shared only with the service providers used to run this site and follow up with you, such as website hosting (Netlify), a customer relationship manager (Zoho CRM), email (Google Workspace), and analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics and Meta), and only to the extent they need it. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
This site uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors find and use it, including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which help measure visits and the ads that bring people here. You can disable or clear cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings.
If you opt in to text reminders (for example, for Agent Sessions), your mobile number is used only to send the messages you signed up for. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of signing up. Mobile numbers and text opt-in consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
The Agent Sessions library at sessions.christiemoreira.com uses private email sign-in links instead of passwords. Each link expires after 3 days and works on a limited number of devices. When you sign in, a secure sign-in cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, and you can sign out anytime from the library. To keep private links from being shared, I record when you sign in and a scrambled device code created from your browser type and network address. Your raw IP address isn't stored for this, and this information is used only to protect the library and keep it for members.
Your information is kept while we have an active relationship, plus a reasonable period for legal and business recordkeeping. You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time.
